What did you do this weekend?

Sometimes weekends can be a bit boring, or we always do the same thing.

This weekend wasn't like that for me because I went to ride an ostrich! I have never ridden an ostrich before, but it was so exciting. I think that all the years I spent riding a horse helped, because I stayed on for 100 metres.

It was in a beautiful park in Dong Nai province. The park was called Vuon Xoai. Has anyone ever visited this park?

Here is a picture of me on my ostrich...I look quite scared!

Loans That Change Lives

Casual Day!

Friday 9th September.

Bring your Dong and raise money for a very worthy charity...

Money is raised and loaned to someone in need. They will pay us back over time and our money will then be loaned to another person in need. Here is how it works...

Meet our recipient (the person receiving our loan): Franklin Herrera, a taxi driver from Nicaragua. He needs a loan to repair his taxi.

Where is Nicaragua? In Central America, between Honduras and Costa Rica.
